1. Access your easy to follow workout program.
2. Track things like your weight, meals, body composition, steps, sleep, and more.
3. Get reminders for/track your daily habit (changes with each challenge).
4. Have access to a certified nutrition coach/personal trainer should you ever have any questions or concerns.



This 21 Day Challenge was created with your physical AND mental health in mind. Our mission is to help you create healthy habits by placing a huge emphasis on nutritionaccountability and consistency.

More Challenge Info

1st, 2nd, 3rd Place Winners

In oder to win the challenge, you will have to be the most consistent with your workout program along with completing  your daily habit which will be to consume 100oz of water a day.. You will also have to have your before and after photos uploaded by the dates specified in the app.

Our 1st place winner will be rewarded with 2 WEEKS FREE VIRTUAL TRAINING with Coach Summer as your personal training coach!

They also will receive a cash prize up to $500 depending on the number of participants! Please see cash prize chart below:

5 participants : $200
10 participants: $400
15+ participants: $500

2nd and 3rd Place winners will also be receiving TWO WEEKS FREE VIRTUAL PERSONAL TRAINING
