  • Circuit-Based Training: Each session will include high-energy, full-body circuits using a variety of equipment to target all major muscle groups. We incorporate tools like kettlebells, dumbbells, battle ropes, medicine balls, and more to keep things interesting and challenging.
  • Strength & Conditioning: Every workout is designed to enhance muscular strength, boost endurance, and improve functional movement. You'll progressively build strength while working at your own pace, with the guidance of a certified instructor.
  • Convenient Early Morning Sessions: Our early morning timeslots are perfect for those with busy schedules. Get in, get fit, and get on with your day feeling accomplished and energized.

  • Duration: 6 weeks (April 21st-June 5th)
  • Session Frequency:*Premium Package-12 Session package for $240 ($20/session) / or $25 per session
  • Location: HoopStrength Inc, Rochester NY
  • Age Requirement: 21+ to participate
  • Level: Beginner to Intermediate
